The inner wall of the AGR pipe is very smooth, the water resistance is small, and the inner wall accumulation will not be produced, and the oxygen permeability of the AGR pipe is very low, only 1/13 ~ 15 of the green plastic pipe such as PP-R and PE, thus avoiding the breeding problem of microorganisms and bacteria in long-term use; Moreover, AGR pipe fittings do not contain heavy metal ion stabilizers, which ensures the service life of the pipeline system and the quality of drinking water. Therefore, the AGR pipeline is clean and hygienic, and can be widely used in fine chemical and electronic industries clean water transportation system, water supply pipeline for drinking water, beverage and beer industry fluid transportation system. Among all the domestic plastic pipes, AGR pipes are the only plastic pipes that meet the World Health Organization (WHO) health standards.
1. Low temperature resistance, high impact resistance
The AGR pipeline system can be used normally in the cold area of minus 30℃, and there is no need to worry about the impact of the pipeline damage during transportation and construction.
The AGR piping system has excellent impact resistance. Under the condition of -10℃, the 20×2.3 pipe can withstand the free fall impact of 6Kg weight and 0.8m height without cracking; The pipe with a nominal diameter of more than 40 can withstand the free fall impact of 9Kg hammer and 2.0m height without cracking, while other plastic pipe fittings will be crushed by the hammer under the same conditions when the control experiment is carried out, and can not withstand this high-strength impact test.
2. Good rigidity, high pressure resistance
AGR pipeline system tensile strength is 50.3 ~ 53.2Mpa, elastic modulus is 2156Mpa, linear expansion coefficient is only 6×10-5m/m℃, these rigorous and scientific testing results show that it has good rigidity. Compared with PP-R, PE and other pipes, AGR pipes are not easily deformed to heat, and are suitable for both open and dark installation. In the construction process need less support, beautiful and low construction cost.
High rigidity also ensures that AGR pipe fittings can withstand greater pressure, under the condition of constant pressure, the wall thickness of AGR is thicker than that of PP-R, PE and other pipes, and the same water flow can be achieved by using AGR pipes with smaller pipe diameters, which can save costs and improve installation efficiency.
3. High bonding strength between pipes and fittings, safe and reliable pipeline system
The AGR piping system uses No.80 adhesive for water retention. This adhesive has a very good affinity with AGR resin and fast curing speed, thus achieving the double effect of excellent bonding strength and fast construction.
The connecting parts of pipe and pipe fittings are tested by bursting pressure test. The parts that produce burst damage are all on the pipe, and the connecting parts of pipe and pipe fittings will never leak or damage. The tensile test is carried out by sampling the connection parts of the pipe and the pipe fittings. The fracture parts are all on the pipe, and the connection parts of the pipe and the pipe fittings are intact. Under the condition of 17.5Kg hydrostatic pressure, the connection part of the pipe and the pipe fitting is carried out the "hydrostatic repeated bending test" of ±4 degrees, and the joint part will not leak or loose after bending more than 2000 times. These rigorous tests have proved that the AGR pipe and pipe fittings have high bonding strength and can build a stronger, safer and more reliable water supply network.
AGR pipeline is not affected by residual chlorine in water, many polyolefin materials, such as PP, PE, PB, etc. when they encounter residual chlorine in water, polymer chain segment decomposition may occur leading to pipeline collapse and leakage, it is reported that the United States has found such problems in PB pipeline. AGR is not affected by residual chlorine in the water, which further enhances the safety and reliability of the AGR piping system.
4. Good seismic performance
Under the condition of 17.5Kg hydrostatic pressure, a "shearing test" was carried out to fix the connection of the 2-meter-long pipe and pipe fittings at 0.5 meters at one end and lift the other end by 0.3 meters with external force. Abnormal phenomena such as leakage at the connection site or bleaching of the pipe would not occur. The connection of the pipe and pipe fittings was tested by 10mm/min tensile test. When the connector was stretched by 5%, no abnormal phenomena such as joint detach or pipe whitening or breakage occurred. The maximum vibration times of destructive earthquake is 50 times, the pipe length of 0.3 meters is fixed at one end, and the other end is applied along the direction of the pipe axis 50 times "fatigue test". The test results show that the pipe has no signs of damage, and the deformation value is only 3.5%, which can fully meet the strict design requirements of seismic pipelines.
Long service life of pipe
According to the test method prescribed by ISO/DIS11673 standard, the hydraulic creep test in pipeline was carried out. According to the test results, the creep strength of AGR material is still 20.7Mpa after 50 years under the condition of 20℃. In addition, the AGR pipeline has a strong resistance to strong acids and alkalis and a variety of solvents, which fully guarantees its service life of more than 50 years.
Convenient construction and installation
Small diameter AGR pipe adopts socket bonding, and the bonding strength is high, which is more than 4 times that of ordinary plastic pipe. Adhesion curing speed is fast, only 30 seconds; Large diameter pipes are connected with elastic seal socket, which does not require complex and expensive construction machinery, only simple chamfering tools, cutters and tensioner can be installed and operated very easily. And AGR pipeline accessories are complete, which ensures the low cost, fast and convenient AGR pipeline installation and construction to the greatest extent.
